The room was well stocked with panoramic ocean views, cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a coffeemaker. The location was perfect, right next to Iberostar Cancun and other Iberostar properties in Cancun, Mexico.

hotel is excellent in every way. very attentive and friendly staff, ready at any time to solve any question, all the concierge guys very predisposed, got us a place in the restaurants at night for the whole stay we had in the hotel, highly recommended, with gourmet cuisine. French restaurant La Horma 11 points the attention and food, AMerican Bistró excellent attention and exquisite gourmet food. Mexican restaurant could be improved a little bit with more typical meals. cleanliness and quality of the food is excellent, we really liked the variety that there was in both salty food and desserts and appetizers. rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent view of the sea from all the rooms.

There is little shade in the pool area. Although all hotels have a similar system, the only means of transport they offer is a taxi at the door of the hotel at an excessively high and abusive price, the taxi drivers told us that this is an agreement with the hotel. We checked with the hotel for airport shuttle service and were told that they were not available and did not give advice, (they must be hired by other means). The positive thing is the bus stop very close to the entrance of the complex where you only have to walk 100 meters and you can go and return to the center in a short time and without inconvenience.

We had the a double room and it was top-notch and complete with balcony and enough space to be comfortable, for instance. Stayed in this property for 7 nights and loved our choice.

Cozy room with a big terrace and everything you need. The pool was awesome! The breakfast was delicious, especially the tacos and fries 🌮.

This hotel was decent place for exploring Cancun, loved it and property’s hard-working staff from waiters. The restaurant was popular for Lunch and Breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean was picturesque. Also, location was peaceful and best possible, at a short distance from excavated mayan ruins: D

The peaceful location here is not too far from a beautiful long white-sand beach.

Nice beach, garden and pool area; friendly but not too invasive staff; pleasant, comfortable rooms.

1) Very dirty - got filthy glasses and cups almost every day despite complaints and being a Hilton Honors Diamond member 2) Service was very slow, very poor 3) bathroom was very very small 4) Room quality was poor -- chipped paint, dirty shower lining etc.

Largest territory, good beach. One of the best in Cancun.
